Do we have to switch carrier?
No. We connect to your existing AMEEX account read-only. Nothing in your operations changes — we sit on the side and listen.
What happens at month-end?
Nothing. You bought a bundle of parcels. One unit drains per new parcel detected. Bundles never expire — top up whenever you want.
What does the buyer see exactly?
A WhatsApp message from your shop's name, with the new status. No links, no apps, no tracking page — just the update they wanted.
What if Meta rejects our template?
It's our problem, not yours. We ship pre-approved FR + AR utility templates. You don't author the templates and we handle Meta approval on our side.
Can we customize the message?
Limited today — Meta templates only allow variable slots. Per-shop name, recipient name, and status text are bound. Free-form copy is on the roadmap.
